Our placements come to us for many different reasons. We provide a 'middle ground' for children and young people who are vulnerable or frequently deemed 'unfosterable', but who desperately need a safe, secure, stable, and therapeutic family environment. And we pride ourselves in succeeding where many others have failed.
FRIDAY 27TH JANUARY 2012

THURSDAY 8TH DECEMBER 2011
NEWFOCAS Foster Carers celebrate Christmas
"I feel that they (my foster parents and NEWF0CAS social workers) listen to me - that's a first!"
"They have time for me"
"Without NEWF0CAS I would have lost my child for ever"
"I can make friends now; and I see that in the past I couldn't"
"I have grown up since I came here"
"It's smashing just having someone you can talk to anytime you want"
"I've got my little girl back again - thank you"
"The NEWF0CAS carers were brilliant; they welcomed us into their home when our son wasn't allowed to visit us at home"
"The food is great"
"They have some idea about my music, and they are willing to learn"
"The NEWF0CAS carers worked with us all to get our son home and they gave us the confidence to have another go. Social services wanted him in a residential home"
To find out more about becoming a foster carer, please download the NEWF0CAS prospective Carers E-brochure. Or alternatively, call us on 01244 550 300 or contact us for further information.
Unlike larger Fostering Agencies, we are small enough to know all our Carers and their placements on a very individual basis and Carers are never left to deal with a crisis situation alone or unsupported.
