NEWFOCAS analyse the amount of visits we have to our website using Google Analytics.  This records how people arrive at our site and what pages they visit, all of this information is anonymous.  This information helps us make our website better and more use friendly.

Visitors to can ‘contact us’ via our contact us form on the website.  NEWFOCAS asks for your name, email address and contact number, so that we can contact you regarding your message.
If the visitor becomes a potential carer, panel member, staff member, customer or supplier then data is stored and retained in accordance to our retention policy, otherwise it is deleted. 

Access to Personal Information
Individuals can find out if NEWFOCAS holds any personal identifiable information by making a subject access request in writing under the GDPR to the address below.
